Our team of staff comprises of highly qualified professionals who have extensive knowledge and experience in delivering and managing different

We recognise that for most individuals, the important people are Care workers with whom you will have regular contact. Each staff member is required to complete our mandatory training and other relevant specialist training to meet service user requirements. Our staff team have qualifications including:
 

  • Diplomas in Health and Social Care

  • Autism Awareness / Mental Health Awareness / Learning Disability Awareness

  • Safeguarding

  • Medication Training

  • Manual Handling / First Aid

  • Health and Safety / Food Hygiene

  • Person Centered Training

  • Record Keeping
